Tiburtius, Chairman |
|
| Born in 1942, Tib (as
he is known) took his degree in Electrical Engineering,
specializing in electronics and control systems,
from the Madras University. |
| In 1980 Tib pioneered
the introduction of custom LSI technology in the
field of process control instrumentation, in India.
He set up many joint ventures and strategic partnerships
involving UK companies in India, and was also an
Executive Director of MTL Instruments Groups plc,
in the UK. Tib worked for 36 years in the field
of control systems ultimately heading a multinational
company in the Asia Pacific region. Upon semi-retirement,
he took up the challenge of leading “Manitham
Foundation”, a trust involved in providing
a holistic education for children in South India. |
| He is widely read in
technology, management, philosophy and psychology
and has received much recognition for his contribution
in the field of technology and management. In 1993,
he was the recipient of the “Indira Gandhi
National Award for Excellence” for contribution
to technology. |

| Graham Day, Director |

| After leaving school
in Somerset, Graham served a five year apprenticeship
and qualified as a carpenter. After several years
as a craftsman, he decided to go back into full-time
education as a mature student and obtained a Bachelors
degree in Development Economics at the University
of East Anglia, Norwich, followed by a postgraduate
teaching certificate in English. After teaching
in South East Asia, he worked in fair trade promotion
with Oxfam. This led Graham to set up a fair trade
business in Norwich, importing and retailing artisan
produced handicrafts from India, in the course of
which he uncovered the commercial potential of Bosco
infotech and its services. |
| Dr. Anne Tiburtius,
Director |

| On graduating, from
the University of East Anglia (UEA), Norwich, with
a doctorate in molecular biology Anne worked as
an analytical chemist before returning to UEA as
a senior researcher. Several years of working in
the field of genetics encouraged Anne to change
career and start her own business, with her husband
– Graham Day, importing fairly traded textiles
and handicrafts from India. |
| Anne is also employed
as a multicultural consultant working with schools
in Norfolk and Suffolk as well as an advisor on
Indian Dance, Music and Drama to a number of organizations
in Britain, including the BBC. Fluent in French
and many Indian languages, Anne has a working knowledge
of other European languages, which makes her a very
useful asset to our overseas clients. |
